Replacements/Exchange is made basis availability of the Product on the website. If the item is not available on the website, we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation.
• Defective/damaged product
• Wrong color/size/style
• Incorrect quantity
• Wrong product delivered
• Part of product is missing
• Non-receipt of invoice
• Items that have been worn/washed/soiled
• Items which were sold as combo
• Replacement and return not allowed for Leggings, Kurtis, Jewellery and few other items
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Items must be in their original condition.
• Return/replace request must be raised within 15 days of product delivery.
• Please mail at email@example.com with order number and reason for return.
• We will get back to you with return packing slip and pickup arrangements in 24 - 48 hours. (If the pickup is not available at your pin code then we request you to self-return the product through any carrier.Fashionzone will reimburse you Rs. 100/- for each product returned.)
• Refund in 10 working days after returned product receiver by Fashionzone. The shipping charge is refundable.
