Refund and Cancellation

Fashionzone99.com has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers. We are always with you, before your purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase.

What is Fashionzone99’s Return Policy?

Our "100% Buyer Protection Program" allows for easy returns and refunds for:

Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.

If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at returns@fashionzone99.com with your order number and couple of pictures of the material within 7 Days of delivery.

We will try and replace the product as soon as possible or issue a full refund if you wish to.

At Fashionzone99 each product is quality checked, verified and then shipped to the customer but we understand that manual errors can happen and hence we refund the full cash amount.

Sale of clearance sale items is final and will not be exchanged.

Do not like the product / Product not as per the picture was shown:

We understand that in some cases that you may not like the product which you have received or you feel that the product is different from what was shown. There might be several reasons for that. However, we do have a flat 7 Day exchange/return policy in such cases.

Please mail at returns@fashionzone99.com with order number and reason for return.

We will get back to you with return packing slip and pickup arrangements in 24-48 hours. (If the pickup is not available at your Pincode then please send the package back to us and we will reimburse upto INR 100/- for the courier charges)

As soon as we receive the product in our warehouse you will get store credit which can be used to purchase anything else from the website. Store credit is valid for lifetime. There is no expiry.

We do add almost 100+ designs daily so we are sure that you will be able to find a suitable item from our ever increasing collection.

Cash refund is given only in case of damaged product.

Sale of clearance sale items is final and will not be exchanged.

FAQ'S:

How do I return a product? What is the process?

You can raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery.

By sending an email to customercare@fashionzone99.com and call: +91 9327199000 with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 7 days of delivery. Please mention your order number in the email.

When will I be refunded?

Reverse Pickup Orders:

We will initiate refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner. In the case of Cash on Delivery Order, we will initiate refund once the item is picked up by our courier partner and we receive the bank details from you for a refund.

Self-Ship Orders:

We will initiate refund when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to our address. The refund amount will be credited in the your bank account within 3-5 working days after we initiate the refund.

Orders can be Canceled within 24 hours of orders placing

What items are not returnable?

Items falling under following categories CANNOT be returned

Replacement and return not allowed for Leggings, Kurtis, Jewellery, Children Wear and few other items Custom stitched products
